Scope of work included restoration of expansion joints using cement-based compounds, removal and reinstallation of commercial-grade windows, and replacement of damaged Hardie board sections to ensure proper weatherproofing and structural integrity.

 

Interior works involved drywall repairs and frameless wall finishing, followed by full surface preparation and professional painting to deliver a clean, modern, and cohesive appearance consistent with BMO’s corporate standards.
