Retail Decommissioning & Relocation – GAP Stores:
Completed full closure, demolition, and relocation of GAP retail locations. Scope of work included removal and disposal of existing millwork and fixtures, electrical disconnection and re-wiring to meet new layout requirements, replacement and removal of interior and exterior signage, and comprehensive debranding of store spaces.

 

Managed coordination with mall operations and landlords to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site turnover for subsequent tenants.
